Fraser Mills, Coquitlam

Fraser Mills was once the largest sawmill in the British Empire, and is considered to be the “birthplace” of Coquitlam.

The plan for Fraser Mills includes:

• 3,700 residential units comprised of 760 townhomes, 865 mid-rise units, and 2,075 tower units

• up to 275,000 sq. ft. of commercial space (retail, restaurants, etc.);

• about 15 acres of light industrial/office space;

• 72,500 sq. ft of private indoor amenity floor space for up to 10,000 new residents;
