Biographies

Roy Choi:

Roy was born in Vancouver and grew up in Burnaby. After completing studies at the University of Victoria, he set out with great enthusiasm to learn from the school of life.  In addition to cycling the Pacific Coast from Vancouver to San Francisco and travelling to almost every North and South East Asian nation, Roy taught at the undergraduate and graduate levels for ten years at some of the most prestigious learning institutions in Korea. Career highlights include rising to the position of Program Director at Sogang University’s English Language Center and appointments as a guest lecturer in two international studies programs.

A believer in lifelong learning and personal betterment, Roy continued to study Business through the University of Maryland – College Park and graduated in the top three of Sejong – Syracuse Global MBA program. First rate negotiation, marketing savvy, attention to detail, and exceptional client care are the hallmarks of the service you can expect.

Roy also has experience as a residential home appraiser and has extensive knowledge of numerous areas of the Lower Mainland having conducted hundreds of appraisals on behalf of leading Canadian Financial institutions.

When he is not assisting clients, Roy enjoys an active lifestyle. In addition, he is also a believer in community and leaving things better than you found them. He has served as a Loaned Representative for the United Way of the Lower Mainland, Campaign Coordinator for Success by Six, Governor at Meadowridge School, and Minor Hockey Coach and Volunteer.

Allan Krueger:

Raised on a farm in south-east Saskatchewan, Allan's radio career brought him west to Nanaimo in the early 1990's and then to Vancouver at CKNW and the Corus Radio Network where he worked with some of the biggest names in the industry including Rafe Mair, Peter Warren, Bill Good, Shell Busey and John Ashbridge.

Prior to his radio career, Allan studied architectural engineering. Combining his love for homes and communicating with the public makes real estate a natural fit.

When not working, Allan enjoys time with his wife and their beautiful daughter. He has enjoyed 25 years of helping raise money through the CFOX hockey challenge to sponsor the Music Therapy program at BC Children's Hospital. Allan has made the Tri-cities his home for the past 21 years and can often be found at community events, hiking trails and sharing his experiences on social media.

Ray Shewchuk:

Known as "the tall one" of the team, Ray has over 20 years in real estate helping Buyers and Sellers across the lower mainland and Vernon, where he grew up. A successful real esate investor, Ray's knowledge and insight has proven invaluable to help his clients with their real estate needs.
